Right away I felt like something was different than my last 104 weeks of raving in LA...
This was one excellent example of what exactly constitutes the difference between a rave and a club. (raves are less gourmet)

I believe that this is Deep Sky, who in all seriousness are worth hearing if you get a chance. If the crowd was a little different, I am sure that I would have danced more to their set, but it just seemed more appropriate to chill.

All of the regulars at Spundae just love it there. The go back week after week to see the people that they know and to meet their friend's friends. They also like to dress very nicely, and are quite in tune with all the sexy new fashions (not pictured)

This place was just straight plush!!

Here is and excellent example of some clubbers in their natural habitat,
And here is a shot of the area that was set aside for people that felt like sitting on the floor, some of which choose to puddle.

(in photoshop, desaturate top layer and use large eraser with low "hardness" value to create a colorized area effect)

Here is yet another shot in the series of photos with an without flash.

This is a very special photograph, as it marks the one millionth image of a DJ to be displayed on a web site that has the root word "rave" in it's domain name.
Spundae was actually a pretty fun night, except that most of the people were kinda into their own clique. The music was great (except that there was no jungle), the sound was good enough and the entire venue was very nice, but the vibe was a little icey. Also, a few hundred girls under the age of 21 would do a lot for this event.
